At Memorinks Origin Moments LLC, every order is handled with care and craftsmanship. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, we encourage customers to carefully review all order details before completing their purchase.
By placing an order with Memorinks Origin Moments LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following Returns & Refund Policy.
Custom & Personalized Products
Most of our products are custom-made or personalized specifically for each customer.
Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom and personalized sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for personalized products unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Stock Products
While we offer select non-personalized products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Customers may request to cancel or modify an order within 24 hours of the original purchase.
After this 24-hour period, production may have already begun. As a result, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Insurance
During checkout, customers may have the option to purchase shipping insurance for an additional fee.
Shipping insurance is intended to provide additional protection for eligible shipping-related incidents that may occur during transit.
Customers who decline shipping insurance acknowledge that Memorinks Origin Moments LLC is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of eligible shipping-related losses beyond what is required by applicable law.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items
If shipping insurance was purchased during checkout and your order arrives:

please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Your request should include:

A description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the item.

Photographs of the shipping packaging, if applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed and verified, Memorinks Origin Moments LLC may provide a replacement in accordance with this policy.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
Replacement requests may be denied if:

Shipping insurance was not purchased at checkout.

The item has been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.

The issue resulted from customer-provided artwork, spelling, dates, names, or other personalization submitted during checkout.

The request is submitted more than seven (7) calendar days after delivery.

Sufficient documentation is not provided.
Product Variations
Because many of our products are handcrafted, laser engraved, sublimated, or custom manufactured, slight variations may occur.
These variations may include, but are not limited to:

Natural wood grain patterns

Material textures
-
Engraving depth

Print placement

Color differences between digital screens and finished products

Minor manufacturing characteristics
These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for replacement or refund.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details submitted during checkout—including names, dates, spelling, uploaded artwork, colors, sizing, and other customization instructions—are accurate.
Memorinks Origin Moments LLC begins production based on the information provided at the time of purchase and does not provide design proofs prior to production.
Memorinks Origin Moments LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Refunds
Because all sales are final, Memorinks Origin Moments LLC does not issue refunds except where required by applicable law.
Approved replacement requests do not entitle the customer to a monetary refund.
Policy Changes
Memorinks Origin Moments LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.
