Many of our products are handcrafted, laser-engraved, sublimated, 3D printed, or otherwise manufactured specifically for each order.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

Product Variations

Every effort is made to accurately represent our products.

However, customers acknowledge that slight variations may naturally occur due to:

Engraving depth
Print placement
Manufacturing processes
Lighting during photography
Individual monitor and device color settings

These variations are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted and personalized products and are not considered defects.

Customization

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted customization information is accurate.

Dates
Initials
Messages
Colors
Uploaded artwork
Fonts selected
Design instructions

Memorinks Origin Moments LLC does not provide design proofs prior to production unless expressly stated for a particular product or service.

Production may begin using the information submitted at checkout.

Customer Artwork

Customers retain ownership of artwork, photographs, logos, and other content submitted for customization.

By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that:

You own the artwork; or
You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to authorize its use.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Memorinks Origin Moments LLC against any claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted content.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all website content—including but not limited to:

Logos
Branding
Product photography
Graphics
Designs
Text
Website layout
Marketing materials

is the exclusive property of Memorinks Origin Moments LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No portion of this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Portfolio Rights

Customers may choose to purchase optional shipping insurance during checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping insurance provides additional protection for eligible shipping-related incidents that may occur while the package is in transit.

Customers who decline shipping insurance acknowledge that Memorinks Origin Moments LLC is not responsible for reimbursement or replacement of eligible shipping-related losses beyond what is required by applicable law.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Unless a customer requests otherwise in writing before production begins, Memorinks Origin Moments LLC reserves the right to photograph and display completed products for:

Social media
Marketing
Advertising
Promotional materials

Personal customer information will not intentionally be published without permission unless required by law.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Memorinks Origin Moments LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If an incorrect address is discovered after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately.

Address changes requested after production has begun or after shipment cannot be guaranteed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Pricing

All prices displayed are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid.

Payment

Payment in full is required before production begins.

Accepted payment methods are those offered through Wix Payments at checkout.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully authorized and received.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request order modifications or cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of placing an order.

After this period, production may have already begun, and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
